✅ Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and clear images of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items without proper proof (like unboxing video)
Hygiene-related or personal care items (due to safety reasons)
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
💰 Refund Policy
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your UPI ID or bank account. You must provide accurate details for successful refund processing.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📦 Wrong or Missing Item
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures and order details.
