🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations across India.

Some remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may not be eligible for delivery. You will be notified at the time of checkout if delivery is not possible.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select PIN codes and products.

You must pay the full amount in cash to the delivery person at the time of receiving the order.

🔁 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your parcel in real-time.

❗ Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is delayed or stuck in transit, please contact us at support@mdsbooster.com with your Order ID.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability at the time of delivery, re-delivery may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel is tampered with, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
